Romans Ten Nine Website
July 28th, 2010
On June 1-3 2010, as members of Xtreme Prophetic Web Church, my husband Stewart and I went to a Patricia King conference in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. The conference was awesome. Near the end of the conference, on the last day, Patricia King encouraged each one of us to use the media to witness Jesus and Glorify God! She asked for those who felt led to the media to stand up and she would pray for them. I didn't stand up because I thought, "What can I do?" As she was praying for them, in my spirit I heard the Lord say, "You can start a website". So as Patricia prayed for those standing, I received the prayer for myself as well and the vision of creating a website was planted in me.
I arrived home on June 5th, 2010 and went to check my e-mails. I received an e-mail from a friend who had created her own Christian website. God's timing is so perfect. She created her website micah7-8.yolasite.com free through a provider called Yola. I barely read her e-mail and checked out her website before I was taking her lead and went onto Yola and started to create my own website.
Within only a few days my website was ready. The heartbeat of this website is Romans 10:9, God's glorious salvation message. I decided I wanted my own domain name, independent of Yola, so I bought the Yola Silver Package. I entered a domain name "romanstennine.com" and found it was available.
After having purchased my domain name, I did a little more work on my website, then I went on Google to see if I could find it. Of course I couldn't because I hadn't registered in Google, but to my surprise I saw a ministry called "Romans Ten Nine Ministries". I felt as though I had encroached on their copyright. So I went into the "Romans Ten Nine Ministries" website and contacted them. I explained what had happened and asked how they felt about it.
Very quickly I received a gracious reply from Matthew Shannon, the founder of "Romans Ten Nine Ministries". He was very friendly and encouraging. He did say he had an official copyright on the name of "Romans Ten Nine Ministries" and a registered trademark on their logo. He also said he liked my website and he encouraged me to continue with whatever the Lord is leading me to do. I was both released and blessed by Matthew 's encouragement.
I have continued working on, refining, and adding to my Romans 10:9 website. I pray God will bless each and every person who reads the messages on this website.
Romans Ten Nine Ministries
Matthew and I have e-mailed each other back and forth often and have established a friendship. We both agree the Lord has divinely connected us through our similar website names. Matthew has honored and blessed me by asking me to join their Romans Ten Nine Ministries evangelists team. I have accepted. As of today, July 28th, 2010 I am officially an evangelist for Romans Ten Nine Ministries. Here is a link to My Evangelist Page.
Romans Ten Nine Ministries and RomansTenNine.com website are still totally separate. However, in the spirit of unity, I have joined their evangelist team and we are working together to share Jesus with the unsaved, and to bless and encourage the body of Christ to go into all the world and preach the good news.
God first places the desires in our hearts,
then he grants us the desires of our hearts!
God is so good!
